I bought some fans from Beacon lighting and the fans worked fine. Whatever you do not buy the lucci fan remotes from Beacon. I’m an industrial electrician so these residential items have not been on my radar for about 10 years but the old style of syncing up the remotes to your fans will work much better.I did the synching process several times on every remote and I just found lights going on and off all throughout the house and it was usually the one I did not want to have turned on.

Used to have good customer service at this store. Returned today to be disappointed with poor service, product knowledge is zero, rude and only interested in a quick sale with no effort. We have to show them proof of special on their website as they told us otherwise. Will never return to this store.

A massive store with lots of choices for lighting and ceiling fans.Staff were very friendly and helpful.Fantastic atmosphere in this store. Really enjoyed my time here.

Just visited beacon Myaree and I have to say it was the most incredible experience. Not only is Kyle knowledgeable and efficient he is not afraid to have a laugh. I was able to secure the lights I wanted and the store is holding them for me while my house is being completed. Kyle, Kyme & Natasha.... Possibly the worst retail experience ever - the only reason i have given one star is because of the electrician they recommended.From our original order ( not a small order - just over $2300 in lighting) Beacon have- ordered incorrect products-not ordered products at all-sent wrong products on three occasionsThe amazing guys at Pure Electrical have infinite patience.We spent money in this store and no one seemed to care once they had our money. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT BEACON LIGHTING AGAIN
