I bought quite an expensive item but can't say I was impressed by the customer service received. I don't think I'll be shopping here again.

Went in to purchase some new globes as our previous ones had blown - Casey went above and beyond to help us out, she looked into the purchase date of our previous globes and advised that they were still under warranty, swapped out our old globes and replaced them free of charge. Customer service was exceptional - it’s so hard to come by these days. The Bunbury team are very lucky to have her. Thanks for a wonderful experience Casey.

Fantastic service from Casey. I originally tried to make a purchase at the Joondalup store unsuccessfully, I then rang Bunbury and Casey arranged for the lights to be delivered to my home address and I received my lights within 2 days. Great customer service. Thank you

I have been wanting to purchase a very expensive ceiling fan from Beacon Lighting for some time and finally got the money together ($480). I left my home early as it was going to be a hot day and travelled into Bunbury with my young dog - some 25 kms from where I live - Beacon opened at 9am and it was already 30 degrees by then.I politely asked at the door if I could bring my dog inside whilst I made the purchase. My dog is nearly two years old, well-behaved, quiet and on a short lead, as I knew what I wanted I really didn't think it was going to be an issue.I was greeted firstly by stunned silence, then looked down upon as if I was an alien making some kind of weird request. After approximately 5 minutes of awkward silence where the girl at the desk I was addressing asked another lady (I couldn't see there) the girl shook her head, I had to clarify - are you saying no? She nodded her head.So Beacon Lighting, you lost nearly $500 worth of sales today and as I intend to put the same fan into each of the rooms in my house (6 in total) you lost $3,500 of my business plus my family and friends when I tell them you prefer to loose business and let dogs die in hot cars.Your competition, McCormicks Lighting, 3 minutes drive away were most helpful and welcomed my dog and I into their store where I was able to purchase the ceiling fan I wanted, thanks Jeff for being so hospitable and practising kindness x I will be back.

We are very happy with our experience at Beacon Lighting Bunbury.From the start of our new build Casey Goff was amazing from doing a full indoor/ outdoor lighting plan and giving us all the pre wiring needs to supply to our builder for seamless installation of all our lights and fans after hand over .Casey was very onto the fact we had no dark spots in our home( as our current house is terrible for night lighting ) and she understood I wanted light and air feel in this home .All the items were ordered and we collected in plenty of time . We couldn't not rate our service more highly and will be recommending our friends to Casey for an outstanding lighting plan .

The handling of a warranty claim for a Venezia light fitting has been very disappointing. The product was flawed and through no fault of mine; I am left with an inferior replacement light fitting. There was no consultation that this was to occur and limited communication during the entire process.
