Nice store. Not a lot of stock left as they are closeing down. But what is left is are really good prices. So if he after something I would suggest u go sooner then later. Nice lady in store, really helpful.

A great lighting shop and the lady who served us was absolutely great and knowledgeable

My very stessful experiernce was at the Rockingham shop, with a young, female assistant.Throughout the encounter, she shouted at me and over me, in a very aggressive tone. Also, she had no knowledge of the Sales of Goods Act and treats Customers as if they are idiots.My visit was to return a bulb I had bought for $12, which lasted for only 2 weeks, but she would not return my money because; There are often fluctuations in the power supply that can blow small bulbs. I replied, then both bulbs (I bought 2 ) would have blown, as they were both in the same light fitting ! No reply to that. So, her next excuse was, that some of these bulbs have been made wrong. I told her the fault lies with her, as faulty products are not allowed to be sold.I then left the shop and wrote to the Balcatter Shop, addressed to the Owners / Managers but received no reply. Eventually I rang that shop and spoke to the manager. He did say he would ring me back, but of course, he didn't. Therefore I'm not the least suprised they are closing down.
