Weeks ago I spoke to Claire on the phone to purchase a SECURE2 LT FLOOD LIGHT WITH SENSOR for my old parents as Malaga had no stock. Claire was so kind and patient on the phone as I called several times to make some changes and even in the end, she had it delivered to their address at no charge.Butler is a new store but staff like Claire really makes us feel special. I did not travel to Butler as it is far away but glad that purchases can be so easy after I viewed their website to decide which product to buy. Thank you.

My wife and I went to Beacon Lighting to buy eight ceiling fans for our new holiday home. The manager, Claire was extremely helpful, approached us immediately and was incredibly knowledgeable of her stock and we will definitely be using Beacon Lighting Butler for all our future lighting needs.
